I’ve been working from home for almost 20 years so I know how hard it is to eat clean through the day. Healthy food has to be ready or that bag of chips is an easy grab and then head back to the office. One trick I’ve learned is to make a huge salad in the morning or the night before. Don’t add dressing or it will wilt. Then when you’re hungry just take a handful, add some fresh lemon or light dressing.
