West Cornwall Covered Bridge

I love covered bridges! They remind me of the photos posted in my classrooms when I was growing up. As soon as fall arrived my teachers would put up photos taken back east. I lived in Albuquerque so these photos looked nothing like our countryside filled with cactus and tumble weeds. No, the roads were lined with jewel colored leaves and quaint covered bridges.

I’m touring around the New England area and one of my first stops was the West Cornwall covered bridge. It’s a fabulous one way bridge and if you’re in the area it is a must see!!! Next stop is Vermont!!!

  1. Hi photo girl, your post showed up in the reader but no photo. Love your site:)

  2. I love covered bridges too I think simply because they are very American and, therefore, not what I am familiar with in terms of bridge design.

  3. Wow beautiful photos! I love that covered bridge!! Happy travels! Hugz Lisa and Bear
