After climbing 33 steps up a narrow spiral staircase I realized I was not there. A narrow ladder in a tiny room seemed to be the only way to the top. I wish I had taken a photo but my fear of heights got the best of me. Once at the top you have to squeeze through an opening. Ugh! I, for what ever reason did the squeeze and took one pic before carefully finding my way down.

Here’s the one pic I took before my near panic attack 😉 this lighthouse is just outside of Oak Bluffs on East Chop Drive. Let’s just say I survived the chop. Off to Vineyard Haven!
